Kids Playground:

A jungle gym that has been installed, kindly donated by Club Resco.

Rainwater Harvesting Tank:

A JoJo tank has been installed, providing residents with access to water in emergency circumstances.

Speed bumps:

Speed bumps have been installed

Tools:

We have issued the Complex Supervisor with all the necessary tools required to carry out basic maintenance.

Staff Matters:

Cleaners have been issued with overalls and safety boots. We have conducted a skills evaluation on our cleaning staff, and on a 3-month basis, we are testing them to assist with more handyman and maintenance matters.

Facilities Improvement:

The loft windows have been cleaned from the outside (maybe the first time in 10-20 years).

The contractor has also offered owners an internal cleaning service for difficult-to-reach areas.

The admin and security complex have been cleaned and sorted internally. The garbage area and backyard, which have become dumping areas over the years, have been cleaned up. Over 6 loads of rubble was removed.

Storage:

Owners who require additional storage or parking bays are most welcome to contact the Complex Supervisor.

Plumbing Infrastructure Replacement: Service Provider Leakfind is planning to move on-site soon.

We have also requested the Complex Supervisor, Mr Cyril Hermanus, to, on a more informal basis, update owners and residents on Instagram: Cyril_rm2 The Complex Supervisor also operates a WhatsApp broadcast group with residents.

Security Company:

A Tracing Point has been appointed for our security service providers. All the residents have been issued with their on-site contact numbers as well as their 24-hour control room numbers. They are also an armed response service.
