Resident Owners and Tenants
All resident owners, tenants and their permanent approved occupants, get registered on the biometric finger print system. Children are only registered with their parent’s consent.
Visitors
Visitors report and sign in at the security office and must state the apartment number they are visiting. Visitors are requested to park in the visitors parking bays which are clearly marked.
